Nice build! Did you do the artwork on the cabinet yourself?

Yes I did. I hade a gfx Company printing them out on a stiky film for me.

wow, that is really cool. Now you just need to to a bubble bobble theme in the piplay menu and you are all set!

I just got a new Raspberry Pi 2 and will install the new PiPlay on it and work on a theme for it there.
Will like to use AdvMame with out lagging :-)

One of these days I want to try and turn an old color TV into a vector monitor.

:) Thanks. I live in South Australia and we have a very good wine industry thus Barrels can be picked up at hardware stores or surplus yards, pretty much anywhere (some in better condition than others). Its all pretty much reversible too so can just turn it upside down and remove the controller and its back to normal bar a couple of tiny holes.

Thanks @SSilver2k2, I like it. Wanted something to put on the decking and not really seem like a games machine if the controller was pointed away from you... but on closer inspection. :)

DK, sure but too obvious. :)

Unfortunately the 1Up and 2Up buttons have to be that way to fit (design fault), microswitches can only go one way, bummer but my OCD is suffering. ;)

Power plug is in the perfect spot for the position for the spot I want to put it... put it there for a reason.
