Set up issues
If you quit piplay and type startx into the command line. this takes you to a desktop gui. You should be able to update your wifi from the start menu under internet programs. Try that. I had an issue with some wifi adapters that were not pi friendly…

What kind of memory card are you using? How often have you used it before? I corrupted one of my memory cards and the behavior was similar. Have you tried reinstalling piplay and starting a 2nd time?

Controller setup menu not working in 0.8.0 Beta 8
I am also having it where the new kernel is making auto-pushes for some of the directional buttons on my controllers during the config. Is there a work-around? Thank you!

Very slow performance
Class 10 should have the fastest read/write speeds. You can pick up a 32 gig class 10 at microcenter/newegg for $15-$25.

A couple of questions. What version of pi are you using? What is the write speed of your memory card and have you used the same card for the other OSes? What is your memory gpu split? I accidentally bought a class 4 card and it slowed everything way…

Playstation Emulator not loading
How did you install Piplay? I have found that if when I installed via command line, it hasn't worked out as well as with an image. Have you tried both methods?
