Why has nice ROM menu for MAME4ALL gone in v0.8?
Just to say I have the menu working, but it is not finding ROMS? Ideally regardless of if you are using new or old menu the ROM location should be the same to avoid duplicates or additional space taken up. Thanks.

Cheers. Monitor is 15". I tried to make it as narrow as possible so you can walk through doorways easily. Sounds silly but it is quite heavy and I didnt want to catch the corners or my hands!!

arcade cabinet speakers
How about some normal PC desktop speakers? They are pretty cheap and have speakers/amp and PSU already. Just unscrew the casing and resite speakers and circuit board in cabinet. You will also have a volume control. EDIT - beaten to it!

Setting up NON-Microsoft XBOX360 pad to work on bootup
I discovered an answer. LINUX/RPI seems to use: /home/pi/.profile to load programs etc. So I just added: sudo rmmod xpad before the xboxdrv line. Now my Datel Arcade Stick works in the menu.

+1 for Spectrum. It was a Very very popular here in England in the 1980's. Like the C64 was in the States. Unreal & Fuse emulators please.
