I am using a Rpi B+, the "Canakit" setup with a usb wifi dongle and a 16gb microSD card. Usb keyboard, and Usb SNES controller.
My issues are two-fold. I cannot get Linux to acknowledge my wifi dongle OR any USB flash drive. So I am unable to apt-get upgrade or load roms from USB. Any tips? I have an SD card with a different OS on it, and am able to find my USB in the media directory. But with the PiPlay OS, nothing shows up.
So I finally got startx to load the GUI of X. Wifi works halfway in GUI. And was able to copy roms over to the sd from USB. Still can't get Rom Scraper to work, or GBA bios to register.
did you use sudo raspi-config to expand the memory? On version .8 beta 5, the scraper is heavily dependent on your wifi connection (it pulls all the info from thegamesdb.com) If you used version .8 beta 8, it is all locally stored on your pi. I'm not sure about your GBA bios not working
