Where to get side scrolling theme, and how to install?

So I watched the following youtube vid by Shea Silverman, and noticed the cool theme at around 1:10 of the movie.
Can anyone tell me where to get the theme, and how to install it? I'm using 0.8.0 Beta 7 by the way.
