PiPlay Neo Geo problem black screen

    Hi Again.. I can't get to play neo-geo games like metal slug and puzzle bubble. When I run them a loading appears (in final burn) then the screen go full black, but when i press a key i can see an alert with the FPS. so its working in some way but has no audio.

    Any idea what it could be?

    Could be a few things, you may need to check the video settings out.

    I think it could be a bios problem though, either you need to obtain a bios zip file, or you need to replace the one you have with a different one.

    The bios zip is known as neogeo.zip (which is what the emulator is looking for).

    It needs to be placed inside your roms folder alongside your roms.

    i had a similar issue.
    There are several neogeo.zip files out there.

    - md5sum of the one that works for me for pifba : 72741b35d06693f91d3b4715b442b044 (~234 Ko)
    - md5sum of the one that works for me for mame4all : ead96a1fd503d0aa4d92893aa2801b98 (~53 Ko)
