NES Legal notice: How do you remove it?

    Is there a way to remove the annoying legal notice about Roms in ADVMess? I hate typing OK or moving left then right at the start of my games. The keyboard I have doesn't allow me to type OK if ADVMess has been configured for use with a controller.

    Is it really that hard to use your controller to go left and right? I understand it is a slight inconvenience, but to me, that is a small price to pay to be able to play my old favorites on my Pi :)

    No, it's not that hard. BUT when I am working on it without a controller, for some reason typing OK doesn't work. I guess it's not recognizing my keyboard. Regardless...

    Why put up with it at all if there is a quick way to fix it? I wouldn't want anyone to waste copious amounts of time on trying to figure it out, but if it's something simple then I would like to know!

    So, anyone know how? I love playing my old games on the Pi! Thanks PiPlay team!

    piplay is probably going to be moving over to the fceux emulator with the next release due to distorted sound problems with the current emulator. Fceux doesn't have the legal popup either

    Oh nice! The sound was a little funky. I was getting a bit of slowdown too, not sure what that was about.

    Guess I'll just wait.

    yeah, I compiled the fceux last week and can confirm that it is much better. The sound is pretty much spot on.

    FCEUltra used to be my NES emulator of choice back in the day! :)
