My RPi doesn't have any drivers for the dell monitor so i have changed the settings in config.txt so that the display is set up correctly. However, when i do a cold boot it doesn't load the correct setting. If i then press restart (without turning off the power) the monitor restarts with the correct settings.
Is there any line i can add to make the screen reload it's settings before loading piplay or is there any other work around?
