Auto boot NES ROM or Advmenu navigation w/ joystick

    Firstly thanks for the help mholgatem for getting NES auto booted. I now have a problem that's is that I can't navigate through the Advmenu NES emulator with a joystick ,I can get try getting the navigation to work or auto boot a NES ROM . I tried just adding the ROM name onto the end of the line of code in the menu.py file but it didn't work. I don't know do I have the ROMS in the wrong place as they boot (just need keyboard to enter them) .
    If someone could help me would be appreciated :)

    i dont know if its the same for nes but i did this on mame. to autorun the rom you type the rom name without the extension.

    eg sf2.zip would be sf2

    Tried that I think I might have it in the wrong folder , do you know where I should have the ROM

    Pretty sure to launch straight into any game you need to edit the .profile file:

    sudo nano ~/.profile

    NOT the menu.py file...
