I am in the process of building a new machine and am considering using a Raspberry Pi 3. I have no experience with setting up or using Raspberry Pi whatsoever. I read through the earlier post about getting PiPlay to work on a Raspberry Pi 3 as well as the post on getting the I-Pac to work with it as well.

I am looking for opinions on how difficult it will be for a first time user to set this up. Are there any plans to update PiPlay to work with Raspberry Pi 3 without the things listed in the other posts?

I appreciate any input on this.
