Hide clones hides all counsel titles

I'm not sure what the exact issue is but I turned on the hide clones function to clean up my advmame file as I bulk uploaded the whole .106 file. It did a great job of cleaning up that folder however it also hid every rom for every other non-mame emulator. Once you turn off that clone function all the roms are available again. Just seems like a weird bug and was wondering if anyone else had a similar problem. (pi2, PiPlay beta 9, 32GB class10)

@ChrisW - yeah, I discovered the bug after we released this last version. I've already fixed it and we'll be putting out a small update soon-ish

I'm still encountering this bug, although (I thought) I'm using a version that came out after the previous entry in this thread.

Is there a script (or scripts) I can modify to prevent my console roms from disappearing until the fix comes out?
