Nintendo 64 Crashing instantly

I unzipped Super Mario 64 and Zelda and when I try to run them some black screen shows up breifly and then it returns to the list of games. I was able to get a photo of the error message and a quick video. I am new to this so I might be making some simple mistake.

I don't know that N64 will ever really be able to run on the PI. The Nintendo 64 is a hard nut to crack. I'm not sure that anyone on these forums has been able to get n64 to work in any serious way. Shea had a demo video of starfox running reasonably well, but I'm not sure that it has progressed much in recent months.
