No. I am making a quick update script to fix this. It's because advmess looks for a folder named nes inside the nes folder. Yeah I know... Expect a small update in tonights post.

Thanks for the feedback all. It's really appreciated! I realize it's a bit more fragile than before atm, but once the initial pains are fixed, this is going to be a much stronger base to work from :)

I also think the config.yaml has the wrong command for advmess NES. I'll make sure to fix that.

Feature Requests: What do you want to see in PiPlay?
JamesMHT: I agree on all those points. Though I'm keeping PS1 emulation because it's good enough to play the games I/my wife likes ;)

the PiMAME 0.7.10 image is built on an older version of Raspbian. The next version that I'm currently working on will be built ontop of the latest version. Once logged into, you can always edit rc.local or just delete the pimame movie file in…

autorun roms
thats close. you would do: /home/pi/emulators/mame4all-pi/mame romname the rom should be in the mame4all roms folder.

as far as I know, you can't split the screen into two. Most games made for cocktail units have an option in MAME that will flip the game when its the other persons turn.

What roms for PiMame
snes files should go in the /roms/snes folder. they can be either .smc or .zip files. PCSX is good at recognizing files but .bin works.
