Keyboard mapping

Hi, Being very new to the Pi world I was hoping for some help on a couple of questions....
1. How do I get PiMAME to boot directly into MAME4ALL?
2. How can I alter the keyboard mapping outside of the menu as I have unassigned the "enter" key by mistake and cannot access the "input menu" now...

2. Try holding down keyboard button 1 then hit left cursor. Long shot as this is the ipac emulator mapping but MAME4ALL might use that key combo to Enter.
