How to splitscreen the sceen for a tabletop cocktail arcade machine

I am currently building a cocktail arcade machine but i cant figure out how to split the screen so both players can see the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

as far as I know, you can't split the screen into two. Most games made for cocktail units have an option in MAME that will flip the game when its the other persons turn.
