Cannot run mame4all on the AV out

Hi all
I cannot see the mame4all frontend menu when using AV out of RasPi. The pimame phython menu is displayed fine though. Using HDMI, all is working fine. Any config i hv to tweak to solve this issue? Pls help. Tks.
