This is my second arcade cabinet I have built. The first was back in 2005 - full size with a 19" CRT. As the family got bigger, the house got smaller, and this was taking up too much room. I was going to modify my first design to be the same hieght, but have the depth using an LCD. My wife said she would rather sit in a regular chair, so I came up with the design below. 54" H x 25.5" wide, 22" deep.

My dad and I worked on this cabinet. It has a keyboard drawer under the TankStick.
I am using AdvMenu as the front end, with Mame4All and SNES games in the same menu!
