Jordans 2017 continues to roll out their 2017 basketball silhouettes and the latest sneaker to be unveiled by the Swoosh is the KD9 Aunt Pearl iteration. With the focus on Breast Cancer Awareness, this newest pair of kicks continues the Aunt Pearl series, signature to KD's sneaker line with Nike. The Nike KD 9 pays respect to Durant's beloved Aunt Pearl. The shoe features a Black and Pink Flyknit upper, Kay Yow Cancer Fund logo on the inside and special embroidery on the heel and Swoosh. Continuing to pay homage to his Aunt Pearl, who died from Cancer, Kevin Durant gets inspired once again to recreate the "Aunt Pearl" series with the upcoming release of this KD 9. Dressed in a black nubuck and mesh upper, this pair features hits of bright pink on the Swoosh logo, toe front and Zoom Air Unit. A few highlights of this pair that standout are the embroidered ribbon featured on the side heel as well as the pink ribbon on the heel tab and the pink branded insoles.
Cheap Jordans 2017, Created in honor of Kevin Durant's late aunt, who passed from cancer, the Aunt Pearl continues to pay homage to those fighting against breast cancer. Dressed in the signature colorways used for Breast Cancer Awareness month, Nike continues the tradition of black and pink, and dresses this silhouette entirely in those two primary colorways. With the upper featuring a suede and knitted makeup, the shoe features hits of pink on the toe front, Zoom Air Unit and Swoosh branding. Embroidered with the Breast Cancer Awareness logo on the side heel portion of the shoe, the sneaker is rounded out by a black outsole, giving the KD shoes a clean and appealing look. Black and pink combine on the upper to showcase the breast cancer awareness theme. The Kay Yow ribbon on the heel and the pearl necklace image engraved on the sides add personal details to the shoe. this "Aunt Pearl" KD 9 goes down a darker route. The deep black and orange/red that shows on both the Swoosh and from beneath the breathable Flyknit are said to be drawn from KD's memory of her, but the exact reasoning isn't divulged – perhaps for personal reasons. The shoe's altruistic nature is then shown on the loop symbol on the pull tab and on the Kay Yow Cancer Fund branding – where proceeds from the shoe go to– which is printed on the insole.

The latest tribute shoe features a black Flyknit upper with bright pink hits found on the Swooshes, insoles and Zoom Air unit. Additionally, with a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the model going to benefit the Kay Yow Cancer Fund, the Kay Yow Ribbon is found throughout the design of the shoe. This special edition KD 9 features a Black flyknit front panel weaved with Pink and a special KD graphic on the heel and a Pink Cancer ribbon on the heel tab, Pink insoles that read "Kay Yow Cancer Fund, When Life Kicks You, Let It Kick You Forward. Est. 12.03.2007." and a Pink Air Zoom unit to complete the new look Aunt Pearl.
