MAME ROM Versions and CLRMAME Pro

Hi there,
I need some help with how to get MAME ROMS working correctly with PiPlay. My understanding is that ADVMame is at version 11 within the latest PiPlay and that the ROM version needs to be 0.106 for them to work correctly. I have downloaded the entire 0.106 ROM pack (~5000 ROMS) but only about 10% will load. All other ROMS report missing files.
Can anyone advise me the best process with CLRMAME to edit the 0.106 ROMS so that they work with ADVMame 11?
