Resolution for large tv's

Once again. Thanks for the amazing job on the latest release. Forgive me if this posted already but I use a 40" lcd TVs to play piplay. Are there some tweaks and settings to get better graphics? Sega genesis is particularly grainy at times. I would appreciate any ideas and advice on the matter.

In the MAME emulators you can press TAB.... Here you can change the resolution. Some change the aspect, some change the clarity ;-)
