Have you had any luck with this? I managed (just about, I had similar issues to you) to set all the buttons to my arcade buttons, but PCSX doesn't remember this between reboots and I need to reset them each time. Looked for a config file myself…

Will check my settings next chance I get. Also worth trying the hdmi_safe option, this is a combination of options that maximizes compatibility (didn't work for me but worth trying)

Fair enough, thanks for the advice. Yeah i've never had any heat-related issues thus far and I doubt I will since there's a lot of room within my enclosure, will probably avoid getting a heatsink unless I desperately end up needing one. PS…
